Eligibility
At The Luxe Furniture and Decor, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components. Returns for furniture or large artisanal pieces are subject to a standard restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to maintain our quality standards.
Process
- Contact our Concierge team to initiate a return request.
- Receive a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a furniture pickup.
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original shipping materials.
- Once inspected at our boutique warehouse,your request will be processed.
Refunds & Final Sale
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection. Please note that custom bespoke orders, artisanal lighting variations, and items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
